Summary: Easy Connect support for check_oracle

Initial Comment:
Add in Oracle's new Easy Connect option for check_oracle --login.  Original method is maintained.

Now you can do:
check_oracle --login SID
or
check_oracle --login hostname SID

Note: Easy Connect option requires Oracle 10g or greater.
