[Nagiosplug-help] Host- /Service- Flap Detection problem

Hi All,
 
I have problems with the Flap Detection for Hosts and Services.
I enabled Flap Detection globally and have setup High and Low thresholds for
Services and Hosts.
Detection when a Host/Service starts works fine. If a Host/Service was
detected to flapping, the status never recovers
Although the Host/Service has already stopped flapping, the Percent State
Change is still increasing.
 
Has anybody some idea how I can solve this issue?
