[Nagiosplug-help] how to stop flapping FTP service

Hi

I have have read the docs regarding flap detection & have tried to debug ftp 
plugin but without success, apparently the ftp service of that host is always 
flapping. And, I have currently set the service flap detection to 80% and 
high 100%. The ftp service is currently showing 46.64% precentage change and 
its in HARD state. How do I stop it from flapping? I have tried to increase 
the low flap threshold already. I have posted to the mailing list a few days 
ago, but there's no reply. Really need some advise here thanks!
