I just installed the latest development head on a nagios server and
noticed there's a nasty regression in check_snmp. We don't use the shell
anymore, but with an empty miblist we still add single-quotes to mark
the required argument:

External command error: Cannot find module (''): At line 0 in (none)

Obviously the quotes are now part of the argument, just like if we
passed this:

- -m "''"

I may fix it tonight, but I wanted to make sure we don't make the
release before it gets fixed :)
