Could you add this into the dev guidelines?

My plans for the dev guidelines is that, as others have suggested on  
the list, it should be split into two documents, say, Nagios Plugins  
specification guidelines, and a Nagios Plugins team guidelines.

The spec guideline describes what should be done for a plugin (return  
codes, output, command line options, etc), whereas the team  
guidelines describes best working practice (such as the bools issue).

I'd like both hosted on http://nagiosplugins.org, but I don't like  
the editing facilities on the web site - I've asked Benoit to try and  
get a different module installed. In the meantime, the CVS is still  
the master copy.
