[Nagiosplug-devel] Merging back ntp_rework branch

I just merged the ntp_rework branch back into the branch (checks, test,
makefiles and NEWS) (btw since I'm not much used to branching and
merging I just committed it as one huge patch - most of the changes are
on the two new files anyways). check_ntp.c now needs a comment in the
header and --help about its deprecated status (I can do it today...) and
apart from that we should be good.

Any thoughts about check_disk? it would be nice to have that fixed as
well in the next release...
