Summary: Check_mem.pl misreports on RHEL3

Initial Comment:
vmstat appears to work differently on RH EL R3 than in
the original author's system, such that memory is
reported as critical when there really is no problem.

I've created a patch (attached) that converts to use
"free" instead, and then it subtracts buffers and cache
from used to arrive at the appropriate number.
