[Nagiosplug-devel] send nsca win32 error

hi all, 

i've gone through the README step by step and set up the NSCA daemon for
INETD on my nagios server, now i'm trying to test it and getting the
following error from the client side using the send_nsca win32 version
when i try to connect: 

Error: server closed connection before init packet was received 
Error: could not read init packet from server 

does anyone know if this is a result from a misproperly configured cfg
file? what's a quick test to see if i'm set up OK?
