Summary: RH9 check_ping.c Fix

Initial Comment:
Hi

On some circunstancies, RedHat output for ping (used 
by check_ping.c) reports a field ERRORS. 

When this situation occurs, check_ping is unable to 
complete successfully.

This fix solve this isssue.
