Summary: Enable SNMP version 2c in check_snmp.c

Initial Comment:
This patch (against version 1.4) allows check_snmp.c to
support  SNMP version 2c.  This is needed to support
64-bit counters in  some equipment (such as ethernet
switches) which roll their 32-bit counters too frequently.
