[Nagiosplug-devel] Welcome to Peter Bray & delay to 1.4.1 release

Say hello to Peter Bray. He joins the plugin team, specifically to  
work on the testing infrastructure which has been neglected for too  
long.

Since this is an important addition to the core code, we'll be  
delaying the release of 1.4.1 by a week to allow Peter to add his  
changes in. I think Sean wanted to remove some other code (the  
np_runcmd stuff?), so this delay ties in nicely here too.
