Summary: check_nmap.py update for current version of nmap

Initial Comment:
Corrects bug in check_nmap.py with newer versions of 
nmap where closed ports are reporetd by plugin as being 
open. This is due to the fact that the original version of 
the plugin did not look at the port state, only whether 
nmap returned 'something' for that port. This patch will 
check for the 'open' state.
