Initial Comment:
In going from revision 1.67 to 1.68 the check for valid
process_arguments was changed from:
if (process_arguments (argc, argv) == ERROR)
to
if (process_arguments (argc, argv) != OK)

This would be fine, except that process_arguments()
returns TRUE when everything is "OK", not the _actual_ OK.

Here's the small patch to fix the return value for
process_arguments().
