Summary: mod for check_nt to fail if wrong client version

Initial Comment:
This patch amends check_nt to (optionally) support 

the -l parameter for the client version check, if the 

client is not running the version given as the parameter 

then it will enter a warning state.

Makes for easier rollout of upgraded clients.
