I'd like to bump the version indicated in configure.in for CVS HEAD.
There has already been a posting referring to HEAD as 1.3.0

I'm thinking of using 1.3.99 until we start with alphas for a 1.4.0
release.

I don't feel any particular need to break out milestones along the way.

I'm also weighing pros and cons for changing the author credits for the
core plugins to be something like 'Nagios Plugin Development Team' in
order to make the suport process clearer for the neophyte.

This is primarily a call for Ethan, I'd guess. Even now, there are at
least as many lines of his code than anyone else's, I'd guess.

Ethan is a member of that team, so a note in the docs somewhere might be
sufficient to protect his attribution. But changing the authors and
author's email to consistently point to the nagios plugin mailing list
could help the support process.
