check_ifstatus no longer displays the interface 
descriptions. See attached patch for fix.

LocIfDescr is a cisco specific MIB.  Without its use the
plugin is more generally useful.

ifName from ifXTable contains the same data as LocIfDescr if
your IOS support rfc1573 (interfaces)

try using the -I switch to enable ifMIB
