I only did a grep of a few things. I didn't know the varable names, and
I was more focused on getting the last plugin beta out. I'm glad to be
proven wrong.

Given those limits, it seems reasonable to just build the
MAX_PLUGINOUTPUT_LENGTH constant into the plugins in the future.
