FYI - I had changed the file name earlier as folks compiling on MAC OS X 
had problems with a INSTALL file and running "make install".  Ethan did 
the same in the Nagios release.

Perhaps a MAC OS X specific kludge is required.  Wonder if the autoconf 
folks are thinking about it.
